About the Project
RK Fitness is a mobile gym administration app putting everyday fitness-centre work in the hands of the people running it. Member records, subscriptions, attendance, payments, and follow-ups in one place.
The Challenge
Gym operations move quickly. New enquiries need a response, members need to be enrolled or renewed, trainers need accurate member information, and payment follow-ups cannot be missed.
The Approach
Shaped around the natural rhythm of a gym's front desk. Firebase for the connected data layer, Zod for dependable form input, and WhatsApp integration for timely member communication.
Results
A more organised alternative to manual gym administration. Core mobile workflows give staff a clearer way to manage members and keep subscription follow-ups on track.
